Event Porta Potty Rentals in Arizona
Restrooms are one of the things guests remember. Good planning means no long lines, clean-looking facilities and a setup that fits your venue.

Event Rentals overview
Event rentals cover the full range of outdoor gatherings: backyard parties, school and church events, 5K and charity runs, car shows, rodeos, farmers markets, corporate picnics and community celebrations. The goal is the same each time: enough units, in the right places, for the length of the event.
The main variables are guest count, event duration, whether alcohol is served and whether food is part of the day. A four-hour backyard party is a very different load from an eight-hour tournament with a beer garden. Our rental calculator and how-many-units guide will help you plan before you call.
We will also help you think through delivery timing (typically before the event begins), placement relative to parking and food, handwashing, and whether to include accessible units. Stadium-adjacent and tailgate crowds should read our spring training and tailgate guide, and trailhead or ranch events our desert and off-road event guide. Larger or more formal events can look at restroom trailers, and public events should read our accessible restroom planning guide.
On the day itself, a few habits keep things smooth. Walk the grounds with your coordinator, confirm where the units sit and who holds the keys to any gates, and put a volunteer near the line during the busiest hour. Keep walkways clear, add lighting if you will run past sunset, and post a simple sign so guests can find the restrooms. Afterward, tell us as soon as the event wraps so pickup can be scheduled.

What to consider before you rent
Delivery and pickup timing
Plan for delivery before guests arrive and pickup after the event ends. Discuss the window with us. See delivery and pickup.
Event permits and venue rules
Many cities, parks and venues have their own restroom or permit requirements. Check early.
Location of units
Spread units across the venue so one line does not form. Place them away from food service but on a visible path.
Lighting for evening events
If the event runs after dark, plan lighting on or near the units.
Alcohol and food service
Beer gardens, tastings and sit-down meals all raise restroom use and handwashing needs.
Wind and dust at open venues
Open fairgrounds and desert lots can get gusty. Ask about placement behind a structure or windbreak.
In Arizona
Arizona conditions to plan for
Arizona events often run outdoors in the pleasant months and compete for the same weekends: spring training in February and March, holiday fairs in winter, and rodeos and fall festivals. If your event is on a popular date, call early. For summer events, consider early-morning or evening schedules and shaded unit placement. Fall and spring weekends are the busiest: Phoenix-area spring training crowds in February and March, Tucson's late-winter show season, Flagstaff's summer and fall festivals and Sedona's spring and autumn tourism all compete for the same equipment. Summer events in the low desert work best in the evening, with shade and extra handwashing near the units. Check with city, county and land-management offices, since park and trailhead events often need permits.
Event Rentals: common questions
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you reasonably can, especially for weekends in peak season (roughly October through April). We will tell you what is available for your date.
Can you deliver the day before the event?
Ask when you call for a quote. Delivery timing depends on your site and schedule.
Do I need a handwashing station for a small party?
For gatherings with food, yes, it is a good idea. See handwashing stations.
Who is responsible for the units during the event?
Typically the renter is asked to keep units free from damage and prohibited items. Rental terms are confirmed in your quote.
Can you set up the morning of the event?
Possibly, depending on your site and schedule. Ask when you call and we will talk through delivery windows.
What if more guests show up than expected?
Call as early as you can. Short-notice additions depend on availability, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
